Ticket Queries

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND AND IS THERE A CHARGE FOR TICKETS?

You will need to pre-register for attendance but there will be no charge for attending LAMMA. Register here.

Remember to print out your ticket before you set off to LAMMA.

The car parks will be open early on both show days.

IS MY TICKET VALID FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY?

Yes. Your ticket grants you access to both days of the show. You can register for your free ticket here.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET IN ADVANCE? 

We recommend printing your ticket in advance, allowing you to bypass any queues. Ticket printing is available on-site. 

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND LAMMA?

Yes, children are permitted to attend LAMMA. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Children must have tickets with their own name on for health and safety.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT LAMMA?

No dogs are permitted into the event, nor should they be left in your car. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs for the disabled are allowed on-site.

CAN I HIRE A WHEELCHAIR OR MOBILITY SCOOTER?

SAFETY & SECURITY

A quick reminder that The NEC is a weapon free zone - please ensure that on arrival to the event you have removed any pen knives and sharp objects before entering the premises as these will be removed during bag searches. 

CAN I PARK MY CAR ON-SITE?

Car parks will be open early on both show days. Be prepared and book your parking up to three months ahead of LAMMA 2024 to take full advantage of the early bird pricing, saving you 30%. 

Early bird parking is £12.95. On the day, parking will be £17.95 - save yourself some money and secure your discount parking here.

Did you know you can head out of the car parks and hop directly onto one of the NEC’s free shuttlebuses? Running throughout the day, the friendly drivers take you quickly and easily right to the venue entrances. No more worrying about tired feet or bad weather. 

Please note: NEC parking operations are now cashless so only card payments are accepted at their parking ticket machines. Save time and money, and prebook parking for LAMMA 2024.

IS THERE WIFI ON-SITE?

All visitors to the NEC can connect to WiFi across the entire venue completely free of charge. 

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

Wednesday, 17 January: 8:30am-5.30pm
Thursday, 18 January: 8:30am-4.30pm

The car parks will be open early on both show days.

Arrive early and enjoy your early bird breakfast which opens at 7am.

 

IS THERE A CASH POINT?

Yes, there are ATM machines on-site. Please note: The NEC is now a cashless venue.

HOW DO I GET TO LAMMA?

LAMMA will be held at the NEC:

By Car:
Located bang in the middle of the UK’s motorway network, jumping in the car is the ideal way to get to the NEC.

You’ll find the NEC clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 - just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav. When you arrive at the NEC don’t follow your satnav anymore, look out for the show name you're visiting on our signs. Then, simply jump on our free shuttle bus or take a leisurely stroll along our signposted footpaths.

Be prepared and book your parking up to three months ahead of LAMMA 2024 to take full advantage of the early bird pricing, saving you 30%.

By Public Transport:

Getting to us by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located less than a 10-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station.

You won’t even need to brave the elements. Direct services run all day, however if you’re travelling from further afield, you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 15-minute journey. For more information, visit National Rail or call them on 08457 484 950.

Bus and Coach:

More than 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport.

Nearest International Airports:

Birmingham Airport is right on the doorstep for the NEC, making it easy for international visitors to get to LAMMA.

Simply take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC.

I AM PLANNING ON COMING BY TRAIN, HOW DO I GET TO THE NEC?

Getting to us by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located less than a 10-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station.

You won’t even need to brave the elements. CAN I BOOK A HOTEL?

There are a variety of options near the NEC if you need a place to stay overnight. The Hilton and Crowne Plaza Hotels are a short walk from the event, as is the luxury 4-star Genting Hotel and newly built Moxy Hotel. Click here to learn more about the NEC hotels.
