Our WECJet division provides cutting-edge waterjet cutting services, ideal for the agricultural industry’s demanding requirements. Located in a state-of-the-art 17,000 sq. ft. facility in Blackburn, Lancashire, WEC Waterjet enhances our profiling capabilities with advanced waterjet cutting solutions for a variety of materials.
Using specialist 3D and motion control software, we produce highly complex shapes with precision, cutting materials up to 300mm thick with tolerances of +/- 0.1mm. Our waterjet machines feature large bed sizes, including a 7.3 x 2.4m setup and a recently commissioned 4m x 3m Mach 500 machine.
With 3 in-house waterjet cutting machines, we handle a wide range of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and composite materials, ensuring durability and precision for farm machinery components.
