1. Be in the right place

To stay safe and comfortable, you need to be in the best driving position. The optional VarioPilot® allows you to switch the entire system from one side of the cab to the other, so drivers can always be in the right place for the task in hand.

 

2. Take on tough terrain

The Unimog has a highly effective transmission system with short shift times. Equipped with a fully synchronised electro-pneumatic transmission, its eight forward and six reverse gears provide the optimum tractive power. The Unimog also offers a special off-road gear set with an additional eight forward and eight reverse gears for driving at low speeds, so you can select the right power level for any task.

 

3. Master tricky tasks

Controlling the hydraulics, the multifunction joystick means you can perfectly control any attached implement. From cutting hedges to sweeping roads, take on any job that’s thrown your way with ease.

 

4. Get to your job easily

The standard turning circle of the Unimog can help you reach any difficult space with ease. You can reduce the turning circle of the Unimog even further with the optional four-wheel steering. Steer from front, rear or both axles, or even crab sideways to get the access you need.

 

5. Never lose power

Front and rear PTO options allow various implements to be operated at the front or rear of the vehicle.
