New High Voltage (HV) Brushless Drive Fans

Increasing the efficiency of vehicles and meeting new standards of safety and performance can be a challenge, especially when it comes to electric vehicles and in particular heavy-duty applications.

That's why SPAL Automotive has utilised its experience to design and develop new High Voltage (HV) brushless drive fans range with 850W and 2kW of power currently available and the capability to produce fan units beyond 4kW. In 12V and 24V formats, 48V and 800V versions can be manufactured on request.

The new HV fans are particularly suitable for vehicles equipped with with 400V and 800V batteries, as any additional components need to be compatible with the battery voltage.
