New Holland unveils the next-gen T5 Dual Command: built for power, comfort and precision

The newly updated New Holland T5 Dual Command tractor range, renowned for its reliability, is set to make waves this year. It promises enhanced productivity, operator comfort, and cutting-edge technology to help farmers get the most out of every working day. This highly anticipated model will make its first UK appearance at LAMMA '25.

Here’s a closer look at this new generation of the T5 Dual Command.

Built to perform: power and efficiency

Designed with versatility and efficiency in mind, the new T5 Dual Command comes in five models ranging from 80 to 117 horsepower, all powered by the proven FPT F36 3.6-litre four-cylinder engine.

These engines are designed to provide strong performance while keeping fuel costs in check. The additional torque and power range make these models an excellent choice for those needing reliable equipment for diverse tasks.

New and improved features for heavy-duty work

One of the most significant upgrades in the new T5 Dual Command range is a 7% increase in rear lift capacity, bringing it to an impressive 4,700kg. This enhanced lifting power allows farmers to tackle heavy implements with ease, boosting productivity when every second counts.

Additionally, the wet disc front PTO is a standout feature, built for tough jobs that demand durability. These updates are designed to keep the T5 Dual Command working hard, even with the heaviest of tools attached.

A focus on operator comfort and reduced fatigue

New Holland has addressed operator comfort with the introduction of the Comfort Ride cab suspension system. This feature makes a noticeable difference in helping reduce vibrations and offering greater stability on rough terrain.

Inside, the ergonomic controls and improved layout make operation smooth and intuitive, enabling farmers to work for longer hours with less fatigue. These comfort upgrades ensure operators remain as productive as possible, even during intensive tasks.

Technology that supports smarter farming

For the first time in this range, the T5 Dual Command offers technology typically seen on higher horsepower tractors, bringing precision agriculture features within reach. Key upgrades include:

Telematics and real-time monitoring: Gain insights into tractor performance, location, and efficiency from your mobile device.

Autoguidance for precision: Autoguidance allows operators to maximise accuracy and minimise input waste, crucial for crop management.

IntelliView™ 12 touchscreen terminal: This intuitive, high-definition touchscreen places critical information and controls right at the operator’s fingertips.

ISOBUS Class 2 compatibility: Streamlines communication between tractor and implements, ensuring smooth operation and data collection.

These tools equip farmers to work smarter and more efficiently, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that boost yield and cut unnecessary costs.

 Refreshed look, same reliability

New Holland has given the T5 Dual Command a visual upgrade too. The refreshed styling is sleek and modern, yet it still embodies the rugged durability farmers expect. This tractor doesn’t just look the part; it’s built to meet the demands of today’s working farm.

Get ahead with the next generation of T5 Dual Command

With its mix of power, comfort, and advanced tech, the new T5 Dual Command is ready to handle the demands of modern farming. This model not only provides the horsepower and capacity to get the job done, but it also supports operators with comfort and smart farming technology that brings precision to every pass.
