In October 2022, WekoAgro began a strengthening of their online sale of machines. With the implementation of Webmachines advertising, creating machine ads became much easier, but something was still missing. Therefore they did a model base replacement in January 2023.
An efficient advertising process
Like many other machine dealers, WekoAgro wanted to save time advertising their machines.
The challenge of having to upload the same ads on several portals and then remember to delete them when the machines were sold, was a large job in a busy day. It was a time-consuming process, and there was always a risk that they lost track of their ads.

On the other hand, he now notices a clear difference when a machine is sold. In the past, he had to manually remove the machine advertisement when a machine was sold, but no longer.
WEBMACHINES automatically removes the ads as soon as a sales order is made in the DSM system, which saves both Jesper and potential buyers time.
"We would ideally like to avoid or at least minimize the calls for machines no longer for sale."

By having WEBMACHINES implemented, WekoAgro has achieved saved time and better management of their data, which has great value for their business. Jesper says: "Primarily it saves time in uploading all the pictures and specifications for machines - we do not need to upload it 3 times."
They now spend only one-third of the time posting ads, as they can create one add and copy it over to the other portals they want to use.

A good dialogue with JMA
Although he had to get used to the system, Jesper still praises the collaboration with JMA: "We have had a really good dialogue with JMA. We came up with some ideas for how we think it has to be, and of course JMA had some ideas, and together we found good solutions which was implemented successfully down the road."
All in all, the collaboration with JMA and the use of WEBMACHINES has been a success for WekoAgro, who now spend their time and resources more efficiently in their business.
