Lynx to show NEW RT Weight System

Lynx Engineering have added to their extensive portfolio of tractor ballast systems with the new RT Series weights range.
These new weights, which will be displayed on the Lynx stand (Hall 20: Stand 520) at LAMMA, comprise a high density polyethylene (HDPE) outer skin moulded around a concrete filling. HDPE is an advanced thermoplastic polymer that combines strength, durability and zero maintenance whilst providing smooth, clean, aesthetically pleasing design lines.
HDPE has many other beneficial properties including high impact resistance and the ability to absorb shocks. It resists corrosion, cracks and deformation. Impervious to water, solvents, acids, detergents and cleaning fluids it also offers excellent resistance to naturally occurring chemicals found in soil. The material will not peel or discolour, maintaining its smart appearance throughout its long life.
In addition, Lynx says that because RT weights are paint-free and utilise recycled concrete and polyethylene, their environmental impact is significantly reduced.
Featuring front linkage mounting and top link upright with tow coupler, RT Series weights are quick and easy to fit. The weights are also customisable and can be branded with the operator’s logo.
With a range that includes 800kg, 900kg, 1000kg and 1200kg weights, and selected models with an integrated 45-litre capacity toolbox, the RT Series provides all the ballast required whatever the task at hand.
The RT Series is the latest addition to a growing range of ballast systems offered by Lynx which includes steel, concrete and magnetite weight options.
